The Stages tab displays the various gate stages involved in processing the selected truck visit. Double-click a gate stage, or select a gate stage and click the View button 
, to view the details of the gate stage in the Truck Visit Stage form (on page 1).
The Resolve Time column displays the time it took to resolve trouble at each gate stage of the selected truck visit where the Trouble flag is true. N4 calculates the Resolve Time as follows, taking into account that a truck may be allowed to go to other gate stages before resolving its trouble:
Resolve Time = (duration of the current gate stage) - (time elapsed to process other gate stages)
Where:
Duration of the current gate stage = end time of current gate stage - start time of current gate stage
Time elapsed to process other gate stages = end time of other gate stages - start time of other gate stages
The other gate stages must have a start time after the start time of the current gate stage and an end time before the end time of the current gate stage.
